AFR has been a solid company for years… ran some of their 185s on my foxbody
Never had any of there stuff but agree. 185cc on foxbody is about perfect. I had TFS 205 by total engine airflow on mine

No doubt that AFR knows how to make a performance cylinder head. Question will be… availability. Those of us building or having motors built are all experiencing the huge time lag on getting the parts. Cylinder heads one of them. One of the members here just got his Bears ten months after ordering. At least with Thitek, at some point you do actually get it. When AFR releases their race head and I’m starting to put together a build (possibly multiple builds for others)…. How long? So many of these manufacturers promote and promise and then…, nada. Dart is a good example. The “Iron Eagle” Gen III block was promoted at PRI going on three years ago now. They wanted to take my money on deposit. I ain’t seen one yet. Anybody?

Typical with any new parts. I remember waiting on tfs twisted wedge heads when they came out more then 20 years ago

I wish 6 months smh. $32k smh. I wanted the Aluminum block for the weight difference. Winberg crank, Oliver rods, billet main etc.... At this point I could give a ratts ass about that smh just give me my dam motor! I didnt order a JB from Dodge smh I ordered a F-ing motor that I was told would take 3 moinths tops!

That was Bruce at HHP. Bruce the LIAR...... Bruce told me if I bought a long block I get the Thitek heads on the shelf they had 9 of them.

That was a BS lie to get my money. The dude is completely dishonest POS imo. Dude NEVER returns ANY phone calls EVER! Dude is complete douchebag ill never do business with HHP again what a f-ing mistake that was smfh.

This chic Linda speaks like he's the second coming..... Yea, second coming asshole!

They’re still not better than stock Redeye heads. You can get 2 Redeye heads for $2500 COMPLETE. Don’t do it, waste of $. They don’t even have em drilled for the supercharger yet

I’d upgrade valves guides spring in regular hellcat heads before going aftermarket, or have you already done that?
Definitely need to be ported and have new springs, larger valves and guides installed, with at the very least stabilizers and collars.

Definitely stabilizing colars but you can add those to Redeye heads which already have upgraded valves/springs
