@Jack_Toepfer still a good show. I used to go every year 20 yrs ago as I was building my Roadrunner but last year was the first time I had been back in years. If you’re close by 7-8 hrs. sure, take the ride. Lots of crap though, and guys who truck the same shit in and out year after year.

Been a while, used to go to Carlisle, Mopar Nats,I should take that 6 hr ride. Or since I am from New England make the Pilgrimage. I won’t be calling on a taxi cab. I know just the car with lots of room to go in even though it has only two doors @Jimmy N. 😁 probably have to stay several miles out. I didn’t book lodging. Procrastination

It's only about a 2 1/2 hour drive for me and there are some friends that go that I don't get to see any other time. The drive out and back on the turnpike is enjoyable so there's always that. Sure it's like any other meet, they all look pretty much the same after the first time or two. It's an enjoyable way to spend a day in July and I still like seeing acres of Mopars in one place. I'd rather it be at a NHRA comp or USMC comp but I'll still go every couple of years till I don't enjoy it anymore.
