Drivers tests here are designed to not be failed.

Nothing new. There is a reason why you are suppose to get an NHRA license going 9.99 of faster. The majority of us that have gone that fast did it gradually and were used to the car. The issue is someone that has never been to the track and gets behind the wheel of even a 10 second car and doesn't know what to do if it start to spin or gets a little loose and drives into the wall. Same driver gets behind an 8 second car where things happen way faster. At least the track will hook better then street giving you more control. So give same person keys to Hellcat after driving a 14 second car with their foot to the floor all the time, expect the Hellcat to be wreaked sooner then later

But at times I do believe we should have a say in something like that especially if you're an eyewitness of what happened.
