I posted this on another thread, then thought many of you who may be interested may not have seen it.

My 19 Challenger HC has the air ducts so this is what I did.

I used an 2 3/8" hole saw ( largest I had, but worked just fine) to cut a hole directly below the drain. It cut a small piece of the corner of the air duct. I then installed an EZ Oil Drain Valve Z-107RH I obtained from https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HTV2NZ8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
To install the drain valve I had to disconnect the other cooler pipe as it was so close it prevented the valve from screwing in.
I cut a 3/4" hole towards the tire for a short drain hose from the valve.
I found a source for a 2 3/8" rubber hole plug at https://www.destinysolutions.us/?post_type=al_product&s=24P200
Of course I had to remove the pan to do this, I now know why the dealer wanted to charge so much to drain the oil cooler. Oil cooler drain 001.JPG Oil cooler drain 002.JPG
