This is a customers (not for sale) original Charger 500 in the middle of a restoration, just for reference.

The attention to detail on this build is incredible. (440, sitting on it's K frame in this video, not so much, it does have some visible mods you can spot)

Looks like it is a 26” but I wonder if the radiator opening in the radiator support is for a 26” or if it had to be modified?

I was trying to scale the air cleaner lid to the radiator and it very unscientifically looked like a 22", which a 318 would have had. The core supports were different between the 22" and 26", with the appropriate opening size.

Or a 6 pack.

You could have retrofitted a small block Six Pack setup on a 318 but why?

The Gator Grain top alone makes it a very desirable car. Legendary now reproduces the Gator Grain vinyl top and I'd be adding that immediately if that was my car.

It’s easy to tell the difference between a 26” and 22” just by looking at it. Plus the shape of the top tank is typical for the 26” although that one is an aftermarket one. The core support would need to be modified. A 318 would not have a 26” radiator option unless it had A/C.

It’s not originally a 4 speed car. I was going by why2kmax’s breakdown above but he listed the trans code as D21 and it should read D31 (A904 automatic transmission)

My buddy decoded the fender tag for me. There are a number of issues that concern me. My wife said slow down honey.

I know they are a rare car but the back window in those cars really don’t do it for me.

They have a couple 66 chevelles too. One a clone and one a real 138 car.

70k is a lot to swallow for marina blue w/ivory interior. Red/black and the hellcat might have been on a trailer tomorrow.
