Today when doing my beadlocks this happened twice during torque sequence.

Making sure they werent over torqued…

To me it looks like previous owners shop that also failed on the beadlock used ugga duggas, only a matter of time before they went.

If anyone knows a place where you can buy forgestar hardware overnight it would be appreciated. Is it acceptable to use steel hardware with these?

I was thinking about that but the original bolts are aluminum, I’m worried about rust as the two metals don’t play well.

Billet Specialties sells sets of beadlock bolts. High quality made specifically for that application. I have a full set just in case. 6A1A76DE-B238-4D38-A4E4-649419C26F01.jpeg

Aw man wish I would have found that site earlier. I threw my amex at McMaster-Carr. I needed M8-1.25 x 30mm with something that had a flange with less than or equal to 14mm. Couldn't find anything close so ordered a non-flanged bolt as the beadlocks come with washers anyway.

However when I added 48 to your site, total came out to 237.00 😐

If you use anti-seize on them you don't need to worry about electrolysis. My Welds use steel bolts and have never seen a problem using them.

the reason i said aluminum is because i tried hitting it with a magnet and it did nothing. i guess that really depends on the stainless alloy and how much iron is in it.

Right, did you buy 48 pieces, or 48 packs?
50 pieces, lol. Imagine if I bought 48 packs... I'd be able to change my bolts out with fresh ones for every race event of the year...

Sorry to see this. That really pisses me off- major hazard on top of the tire not seated correctly. The Forgestars even came with a sheet that said torque by hand only with a huge safety warning in red underneath. From the look of the thread stretch https://www.titanmotorworks.com did not follow that. Glad no one was hurt once again...Will never go back to that place. Shame.

And of course I forgot I need a socket to fit in the hole as well…

So one trip later to satan… I mean McMaster-Carr… unfortunately they will not get here in time for Friday night… the head on these is 13mm so they will fit just fine. 4DBBCFF0-BB90-484A-B4DD-D8FBD9080EF2.jpeg
