I still need to find someone to chase. I played a little bit today with the timing table. I’d really like to see the exhaust while I’m following but only very few people I’d trust to take my car wot if anyone. None of my friends have street cars fast enough to keep up.
One of my firends with a ninja 650 just put a GoPro mount on his helmet. Problem is that 650 tops at 130. Really starts slowing down In the 100 mile range and he’s to nervous to hop on the busa.
Actually @vortecd could follow. I’m sure there’s
some open farm roads out by where he lives.
Interesting about the torque management setting.
In one of my logs I noticed my widebands slightly leaner than expected. It was only for a quick second and a little knock did show. I’ve been watching for it again and haven’t seen it.

Why didn’t you just add some timing to see if knock retard increased to see if it was legit 😂 there’s one person who thinks that’s probabaly what you’d do.
I really think I need to just put my car on a dyno at some point. I want to see what gains playing with some of the timing does.

A dyno is ideal for this sort of testing for several reasons. You can see the exhaust much easier. When I wanted to test something and didn't have someone to chase me I put a GoPro on the back of the car aimed at the exhaust. Not quite as good as a full on rear view but still works.
