You have the iPhone 6?

This video is very helpful.

I paired it without issues. You are supposed to be able to press and hold the VR button and release and access Siri. The only way that works on mine is if I have my phone on and unlocked.

I don't have an iPhone but have you tried to disabling the locking feature to see if that works?

That would work, but I can't leave my phone on(unlocked) all the time. It would drain my battery. I would prolly do that if there was a decent place to leave my phone plugged up all the time. It's all good though, the main thing I wanted to use her for was for accessing music on my phone. I just loaded about 1800 songs on an sd card, so I'm ok without her. Never really liked Siri anyway.
