SRT BUTTON NOT WORKING

2021 challenger redeye get in start it up and push the srt button and nothing happens.Drives fine but button will not work.Only 600 miles on car.Anyone have this problem?

Just to confirm you can still access SRT pages through UConnect? Otherwise, sounds like a bad button to me. Smarter people on here can help.

I'm right here near my car so I tried it for you.
I got in the car, shut the door, started the car, waited for the U connect page to clear and then pushed the SRT button. In about 2 seconds the SRT page came up.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal for 15 minutes then hook her back up and retry.

Radio works and Navigation but no performance pages at all at no UCONNECT which seems to be the problem

I did try disconnecting battery negative for 20 mins didnt work

You can also do a hard reboot of the Uconnect system.

Have you had a dead battery or changed it for any reason? Usually this happens after a dead or disconnected battery. Usually comes back in time though.
Edit: We were typing at the same time lol. Disconnecting your battery will only make it worse lol. Temporarily anyway.

Try double tapping it?
That was the standard way to access on 16's.

Double tap takes you directly to Custom mode. Single tap should open the pages. Was that way on my ‘15 and ‘16 and my ‘20 is the same.
