When I look at my ‘22 JGC after clicking on the vehicle and scroll down, the page that comes up displays the expiration date of the factory warranty and my MaxCare warranty dates. FlexCare is a Mopar extended warranty that has to be purchased.
I must be in a different place.

You don't need the sale date. Get a CarFax. It tells you the registered date. That's what it goes off of and it what you need.
Carfax has no registered date - "This is a new car." and "Estimated start date of warranty: 01/01/2024" and "Last CARFAX reading reported on: 0 miles." After I get the title, I'll run another report.

I'm not sure why you proceeded with the purchase if there was already a discrepancy over the warranty start date before you even signed the papers. Regardless, this is clearly not a normal purchase. If you got a great deal on the car because of the hail damage then the price of that deal was a shorter warranty.
I accepted the reduced price because of the paint excluision on the warranty and the loss of one year of value. From the beginning I questioned the warranty start date, and although I may legally be bound to what they gave me because I signed it, I still want to learn what the start date should be, from someone who really knows.
