The times of change continue and I have thought about how you capitalize on this. And yep it’s been a long haul for one company but it’s beginning to pay off.

As long as the state gives them to me they can display whatever they want on it. I'm not paying $499 for a plate that will show an amber alert when I paid to have a personalized plate.

I am all for selling them LOL for all the reasons mentioned to the not so smart ones LOL. Then crack their Personal ID and change the plate once they get in the car and is moving. It would go to something like “ASS HOLE”.....”ME DUMB”....”ILIKEDK”......”ISCKDK”....”ILKBLLS”....”MORON”.....

How much of your renewal fee does Reviver get for being the middleman in the renewal process? You know they ain't doing it for free.

Plate renewal fees are outrageous as it is if you live in a State where they don't actually give you new plates every year or so, and all you get is a set of stickers and piece of paper. The DMV is already making out like fat rats on that scheme. And when I had personalized plates, I got to pay an extra fee for that every year, for just stickers and a piece of paper.

Great....like someone said in the comments, a great solution to a non-problem. I wonder which congressmen's or senator's relative owns the company making these or collecting the mandatory subscription fees? I bet they'll do awesome in -10 degrees in Wisconsin or 110 degrees in Arizona....because there's so many computer monitors with all-weather screens out there that never fail.....what a scam.

In CT we dont even get plate stickers. No new plates, no plate stickers, and yeah I pay extra every year for my personalized plates.

Yeah....but you don't have income tax right? Or did they finally stab you with that one too?

That was the big thing everyone said when I worked up there about their personal prop tax every year...that they didn't have income tax.

Oh hell yes. And we have annual excise tax on top of sales tax. I'll pay almost $2k this coming year for my '20 RE. Yay.

So after we blow someone off, who has been a complete A-hole in traffic we can change the message on the rear plate and communicate? Oh yes, I want one.

Texas registration is like 85 bucks (plus inspection and proof of insurance - and in big cities proof of emissions compliance - LOL, I know some legal ways around that, got the old SC GTO approved in Houston with racing high flow cats and a wonky computer)
