More Plaid beating up high performance cars at the drag strip

This is against a new Lambo; Plaid not in drag strip mode, just regular. Guy gets on and off the gas to just stay ahead of the Italian. (bc this car runs in 9.2x at 152 regularly they've told him he can't race unless he stays above 10 at this track - see the other videos). Pretty amazing, on the gas, off the gas, on the gas, off the gas, as you go down the track

Pretty impressive but where are any driver skills? I’d be bored after a day of just mashing the throttle, same way, time after time. Sure, you can beat me but having any fun yet? Also cracks me up that the car makes muscle car noises if you want. Sounds like piston envy to me

Believe it or not, motor sounds below a certain speed are mandated by the NHTSA on EV's so pedestrians can hear them. Came into effect within the last year or 2.

Like I said before, if the car was bad ass looking they would even sell more and possibly win over some people like most of us on this forum. I'd consider owning one if it looked better. I actually saw one driving on freeway couple weeks ago and it looked better in person.
