I really wanted a Ram 1500, Koons was giving great deals, but for 2023 all 5.7’s are eTroque, and the last thing I want in my V8 gas truck is a $1500 driver drill battery. I ordered a F150 XL with a 5.0, $3k under MSRP with no fees, just over $45k. Ordered 3/23/23, today status shows it is “In Production”. My first choice would be to run my ’03 Silverado until it pukes, but I’m buying now because I don’t want to miss out on the last of the V8’s.

Mine was fine, but I only had it for 14K miles. At this point, I'm done with Stellantis.

God forbid Stellantis ever considers the opinions of their loyal customer base, but yes, they are now woke. I think the definition of “woke” is something like:

I know nothing about what became before me but I am smarter than everyone that has spent their entire lives creating what exists now. Looked at it last year, was not impressed honestly. My wife wanted one, but when she saw it, sat in it, etc..., she lost the "flame" for it.

If I keep it, it'll be treated like the other 6.2s - the badges will disappear and then I'll do my best to make it look like a GT or less.

In your case I'd be more concerned with the alligators biting holes in the tires.

Awhile ago I was considering putting 3.6 liter badges on the side of the Charger. Maybe I will.

Mark my words EVs will bankrupt these companies only to be bailed out by the governments who forced their bankruptcy.

I think they will find they need to have gas alternatives for a long time.
At least until us petrolheads are dead.

As for Stellantis and killing the Hemi, Jeep Rubicon 392 lives on for 2024! So, i'm going to say the TRX will keep the Hellcat engine as well.

I feel the same way and do not want to miss out on the last of the gas V8's. I have an older Ram and the new Ram's with eTorque was a "no go" and would not fit in the garage. I am planning to order a new Ram "Classic" Hemi, without eTorque, trying to decide which model. This will be the same basic truck, as I have now, no surprises. I plan to drive it, 'til it dies. Hopefully the electric garbage will fizzle, by then.

I would have to go with the Warlock w 6'4" bed and pretty much loaded for about $61k since you can not get a regular cab with the 6'4" bed anymore

I currently have a 2013 Ram 1500 Express regular cab 6'4" bed with 5.7L 4X4 that has 184,000 miles that I bought new. Which is still great but my son just hit a "deer" with it the other night. So upset, I love my truck and now it's been violated

So they want 10k over msrp but going to knock off $1750, sounds like a deal
