Looks like yours changed a lot from 3K over. You going to buy yours now?
I'm not, but my son wants it. I wish they would just let him buy it outright. Instead it has to go into my name first, so I either co-sign a loan with him or buy it and resell it to him. So dumb.
It's crazy that I tried to get info from them 4 times over the last 2 weeks or so and got a different answer each time.

I called again too yesterday. US Bank offered me 3 options:
- original residual ($30k) + 1.09% financing or
- $26.4k and find my own financing
- extend my lease (and miles) up to 6 months at my current payment
I should have went with US bank as CC has no clue with any lease deals and you need to go through a 3rd party which isn't licensed in all states.🤔

go to a dealer(i.e call) and ask them if they can facilitate that. Might cost you something though

After having a discussion with CC today they are not offering any type of incentive for lease buyouts. I also asked if they were offering any early lease returns if I was interested in leasing again and they said they are not. It was interesting because he was defensive the entire conversation for some reason. He also misunderstood my question and thought I said I was turning the car in early and that is when he threatened me with early termination. It was a bummer and put a bad taste in my mouth so I just may keep the C8 order.

Edit: Spoke to someone else who said they are offering a 3 month early termination.

That's the problem with CC as one hand has no clue what the other is doing. Call at different times and different people and get attitudes or different answers. The auto industry is losing record amounts of money right now.

I was either going to keep (buyout) my current car or lease a new one but now not doing either at the moment. Maybe find a garage queen from someone who needs to sell.

I’m considering a Trackhawk at the moment, as I have a Jeep Compass that has a end of lease date June 29th. I also have a 2015 SRT Jeep I can trade in. My issue is with the lease on my Compass. The payments have always been on auto-deduct from my checking account to Chrysler Capital and have always been made on time. As have every other vehicle lease and purchase payment to CC for many other vehicles. However, this past January, a new person in my office that does billing and payments, saw the Compass’ monthly statement and prepared a check for it. I signed it without realizing it. I happened to notice the cleared check to CC in my bank statement and realized I had double paid CC. I assumed they would credit me for the next payment and everything would be fine. When I called them, they said they have no record of receiving the check. I sent them copies of the front and back of the cleared check and they said something to the effect of, “sorry, we don’t know where we put your money, so we won’t give you credit for it. I then asked them to complete a form to allow my bank to contact the bank that cleared the check, so the matter can be investigated further. They refused to complete the form.
Through auto deduct, the account is paid in full, but I’m out $388. It’s not a huge amount, but enough to make me wonder if I should look elsewhere for my next vehicle. FCA (Chrysler Capital) may lose a customer that has purchased 8 new vehicles in the past 10 years and never paid late, ever.
Advice, opinions?

Not surprised... I have had a few different situations with them that has made me look elsewhere for financing. US Bank has been great in the past and at the moment are even working with others and discounting their lease buyouts. Also some Credit Unions do leases and I have heard have good terms/rates

I'd look elsewhere. Every interaction with CC has been total BS. I'll never used them again. What they did with that extra payment is unreal and I'd fight them on that.

I agree completely and would also like to fight them on it. If they were local to me, (Rochester NY) I’d be able to go to small claims court, but if I wanted to bring an action against them, I’d have to do so in their jurisdiction, which is somewhere in Texas. I can’t hire an attorney for $388, even if I wanted to only break even.
Hey, @DodgeCares , do you have any interest in this?

When I moved to DE and closed out registration on my Hellcat in January for the state of MD, MD sent my registration refund to CC. I asked why and they said because they were the rightful owners, I just leased it. I proceeded to ask them just how dumb they are, does CC pay my registration and insurance?? Anyway, my car has been gone since January and during my closeout with CC I asked for my money that was sent to them......it's now May and what do you think I've heard? CC are a bunch of 3rd rate financial clowns.

Agreed! They claim they have no way to get any emails, either. All the documents I sent them had to be faxed. Then I’d wait a day or two without receiving a call back from them, so I would call...yet again. After going on hold for 15-20 minutes, they’d ask me, “Are you sure you faxed it? ‘Cause we don’t have it.” After doing that about 5-6 times they finally “got it”. Wait a few more days with no response and call them again, only to have them tell me, “We don’t know what account the money went into, so we won’t give you credit for the payment.” I contacted my bank and they said they would be happy to protest the check, if someone at CC would sign a form authorizing my bank to reach out to their bank that cleared the check. Nope! “No way can we sign something like that!” I’d like to go clean out my horse barn and send them a big box of payment! Or maybe it would be better to call it payback.

What's the new replacement? HC?
My son is buying mine for sure. Sold his Cobra in 2 days. Paperwork is in the mail. He'll have to wait for the BMV to reopen for plates, but he's happy.

And I already kicked the Daytona out of the garage. Truck barely fits!

I'll drive the truck for 2 years. Building a detached garage so it'll come in handy. Maybe next year I'll take a look at a HC or WB SP once it's finished.

They moved some stuff online, but we're stuck with temp tags only until they reopen. Supposed to be 5/26, we'll see. I'll just keep my plates on it for now. They're pretty lax on this stuff right now anyway.
