Save for Jay Leno's ride, Zero Demon 170s have been delivered so far..about 900 built...
As for driving around, my OG Demon came with a sticker on the driver window saying it was driven a bit extra for QC (it had 21 miles on it vs 4-5 mi which is normal). My guess is Dodge is wanting to be VERY careful before they ship these final edition Halo cars. They had serious supercharger issues in July and that is one area they dont want to worry about later with recalls, black eye from owners/racers etc. Some ppl are also saying that there is an outstanding emmision issue that is holding up shipping. Maybe these are post production test runs? All conjecture at this point. 900 cars and 0 deliveries. One thing is for sure, something is up...
