Depends on what I'm using it for. The center console gets in the way even if you flip it the other way and need to lay stuff flat in it.

If you need to haul stuff it's a pain you have to protect the center more. For people the captains seat and center console is great

Well that don't sound good,,,,my buddy had a 392 Durango...(needed the space to haul stuff for his wife's craft shows)..was always complaining about that..so he buys a "loaded" Chrysler Pacifica...now he can lay a Baby Grand piano in it...

Most have the captain seats with no console, a console or a half console. I don't think I have seen a bench 2nd row in a 392

My R/T had the bench seat & for my purposes (schlepping dogs around) it is the best option. There are still a few 'base' configs that offer the bench seat, but only in cloth or the alacantra (my old R/T was leather). There is no way to get the bench seat in leather + 3rd row delete + tow anymore

I was able to make a set of fillers for my 392 with no console by hacking up 2 cloth covered bolsters that were meant to fill-in the floor area between the 2nd row seat cushions & the front row seat backs. Not firm enough to sit on, but worked great for the dogs

Mine has the captain seats with full size rear center console. Screens and blue ray player. Real carbon fiber accents and suede headliner. Leather seats, cooled and heated. Pretty loaded as it gets for a 21 r/t, no sunroof. Top Tow package with trailer brake (no tow n go unfortunately)
