will they have that kind of or even any $ for such an endeavor, or is it a pure pipe dream? Sounds to me it's kind of like waiting for the big show in the lounge of the Titanic when the iceberg is front & center in the wheelhouse windows.

I'm just bored and fascinated with Mopars, especially Hellcats. I look at the forum like a salad bar and look at the stuff that is most interesting.

I'm "driving" city transit, but, hey, I can dream and I like the science etc. around ICE-powered vehicles. I have several plans for when enough money shows up to get a Challenger. But, I can dream and I have done TONS of reading for years. Actually, tens of tons of reading for dozens of years. Most of my cars have been, well, boring.

We don't have issues with new members mind you, but people that come sometimes have other motives, like gaining access to the MarketPlace prematurely by posting a bunch on their first day, also an occasional "bot" too.

Oh. I just go down the list of "recent" posts and look for interesting stuff.
If we (as in me) could buy warbirds, I would be looking in those forums more. I like giant gasoline engines, especially when they are force-fed. The Viper was the closest we had to that since the AC Cobra. Then the Fops In Power killed that one, too. .

My grandfather was a Lightening driver, so warbirds with power-adders I'm familiar with.

You should certainly do an intro thread in the new members forum.

Pretty close membership here, that will go along way towards your credibility within the membership.
