With a couple psi & pcm / tcm tune, it will be close to the 9's depending on DA.
From your PB, you will need almost 4/10.
I picked up 4/10 on my 2.85.

Didn't you gain 2 tenths from your tune? Add another claimed 2 tenths for the pulley and there we have it. The test car for the pulley claimed to have gained more than 2 tenths.
A car at my track ran a 10.27 to my 10.52 earlier this summer. Before the Incognito he was about a tenth slower give or take a few hundredths either way. So I'm going to try and see how close I get and the pcm will be sent out once the season is over.

Well, on stock boost, 3.09 & tuned, my PB 10.24 neg.674 DA.
Did the 2.85 & PB 9.83 neg.1424 DA , so there's my 4/10.
Between the 2 PB's is about 700 DA difference, which is about another 1/10.

I talked to a guy here in Houston, basically sea level, & he said he only got 1 psi on the incognito pulley, so it may vary, he didn't run it at the track, that was on a Dyno.

Two here with it. I talk to one guy allot and he is seeing 13psi.
We are at 197ft here.

That's good, so he ran 10.27 with it, & was 1/10 slower than you b4 it, then you should be 1/10 or so faster than him when you do yours ?

Did he have pcm / tcm tune ?

Ok, so the 10.27 car didn't have a pcm / tcm tune, so you should see 10.0's with pcm / tcm tune & may hit that 9 with some great DA up there, going to be real interesting.

In the heat down here at 3000 DA, I've ran 10.20's & .30's.
