Currently using a HP pavilion x360 14"
Its been great, but after a while of getting picked up by the screen, carried to cars and a few sudden flights off the seat onto the floorboard its starting to have a few glitches so Im looking for a new one.

I keep going back to the same thing, but curious what everyone else is using. I do want to stay with the 14" screen. Im used to that size, and its easier for me getting in and out of vehicles with it.

Most of the slim models have really good battery life. For us two things we need to look for. Good battery and a good screen that doesn’t glare. I’ve been somewhat keeping an eye out as well. But haven’t decided on what.
hp, Lenovo, dell and I’ve had good luck with asus. No good luck with acer stay away

I’m running the Lenovo 7i Pro, great 14” touch screen, super fast with real good battery life, very happy with it.

High end Dells have been good to me

Low end Dells are terrible.

What are you looking to do with it? And what are you looking to spend?

I have 3 active Dell's and an Acer.

Dell 7000 series or XPS, they are the tougher ones. The 7000's are alloy chassis and lid. You Don't want plastic anything as the pressed in nuts that hold them together tend to easily break on those, let alone easier to crack in general if they are bumped. If you are considering expandability, some of these newer Dell's have soldered in memory and Wifi. Memory might be ok if soldered and you got the max, but soldered in Wifi would be a deal breaker for me as I've upgraded that along the way in most of mine over time.

I also have a Thinkpad (work laptop), these are best durability wise. I believe Thinkpad T-14 are one of the newer good models (not to be confused with a T-14 hyperdrive generator). These are fully configurable from Lenovo, so just make sure you option one out with the specs you need.

I've had terrible luck with Dell & ASUS, my HP's (both laptops & desktops) have served me well and been trouble free.

I just bought an HP X360 basically for the car.
The fact that it can be used as a tablet was a bonus as it takes up less room in the car.

Tuning mostly. Was trying to stay $1000 or less. Ended up ordering a Lenovo ideapad. Will see how this one works. Also after having issues with the third car of the day, realized I had some issues with my USB to USB-C cable. Oh well new one on the way haha
