The viper with the I6 hurricane was making north of 850hp I believe. The potential for that motor is high if they can keep it reliable. But they need to do something with the sound. WRT the V6 durango for 2026, I believe I read there were V6 Durangos that were already being built and in the ordering pipeline but supposidly after fall? no more will be made.

Wonder why they'd abandon such a well selling engine? Makes no sense whatsoever.

I’ve heard that they will have an SXT model but this weekend was about the I6 and Hemi’s.

I drove a GT Challenger to go pick up my Hellcat. Gas mileage was about 30. Our R/T saw a best of 29 on a 1000 mile trip. Even if it were a few mpg lower then that having 75 hp more with similar mpg and V8 sound makes more sense to get the 5.7

Yup, not buying another V6. I'd just keep the one I have.

Might start the buying process for a GT AWD 5.7 later today, at right about $40K. (MSRP $44,490).
