Picked up a C8 tonight!

On my not married F- - - it list. I have no family to leave monies to. Brother mult I million air, snephew you is 26 works on Wall Street and just bought a 1.2 million fiancee and a house about the same. So spend it now or let the state take what is left. Spend it. No moe rings. Over that. Just me and my cat, Kat, and maybe a C8 in the garage. Why the hell snot. I am going car and gun shopping this week. Going to spend my life insurance $$$. Why not a new car. Have no one to argue with me. Ball zee and insurance company will love me. Starting to thunder, so time for a 140 mph ride down US 19 in Clearwater.

The Z06..will be making its return in 2022..)my deposit and order spot is in..contrary to what most think..it will not be super/turbo charged..all new flat plane crank engine that will rev to 9000 rpm..and will produce 650 + HP..remember where you heard it...

Not questioning you to start an argument, I'm honestly curious as to what you think it will be if not the flat plane crank motor everyone is guessing.

I'm on the market for the new Z06, I plan on selling my Hellcat and ZL1 1LE to get into a Z06 if it's the animal everyone thinks it is going to be.

I would consider new Z06 if it is what it’s rumored to be. Will not pay insane ADM though, I realize most likely something but no go for insane mark up. Course that’s subject to change if Ma Mopar screws something cool together for next gen arrival

Of course you know the Z06 is going to have to compete with the likes of some of these new electric cars running low 9’s or even high 8’s in the quarter. With the Lucid Air and Tesla’s new Tri Motor. I’d sell both my hellcats for a 150k Tesla that Runs 8’s. Now that is beast.

According to the presentation, the tri-motor Model S Plaid is capable of running a sub-2 second 0-60 sprint, a sub-9 second 1/4 mile time, and has a top speed over 200 miles per hour with a combined 1100 horsepower of electric output. Maybe even more staggering is the claim that the car will exceed 520 miles of range. What will it do for a lap time at the famous California circuit Laguna Seca? How about a 1:30.3? That’s almost exactly the same lap time Randy Pobst pulled in the 991-generation Porsche 911 GT3 RS.

Of course you know the Z06 is going to have to compete with the likes of some of these new electric cars running low 9’s or even high 8’s in the quarter. With the Lucid Air and Tesla’s new Tri Motor. I’d sell both my hellcats for a 150k Tesla that Runs 8’s. Now that is beast.

Just not a fan of the electric thing....my Demons faster..my HC's more fun...(with the M6 LMI)...I wont give up the miles of HC fun...for 1.6 seconds of quarter mile glory

Tesla is just killing it though.. how long have we talked about a hellcat or Redeye with four wheel drive. Here we have a car coming out with 1100 electric horsepower and AWD.. it’s just amazing how fast they are advancing this technology. Back when they came out with the model s p90d it’s pretty impressive just getting 10’s in the car. But now a car that can potentially dip in to the 8’s and be an all year round grocery getter. The times we live in now..

I do enjoy the sound of our hellcats though. But something this extraordinary definitely has me thinking. The new Z06 would be a car I’d definitely consider trading the Redeye on... interested to see how the styling cues will look.

Another question to ask though is how many miles can you really go WOT in the Tesla before charging.. haha 😂 probably 50 miles and it’ll be overheating

It's fast..no doubt..its innovative..but it takes no driving skill..no more input then pushing a pedal..it's more like a video game..all the variables (human input)..are non existent ...It's more like a video game...

I tried a fast roll from a light awhile back against a tesla but even with drag radials on back after about 20 mph my tires gave way and it was all over. its amazing how hard they can leave the light and still maintain traction with no hint of wheel spin.
