Well folks I think I finally found my "sound" .
I added a set of vibrant 1794 resonators behind the tips and it took out the harshness . It's a nice deep tone at idle and cruise .
A big shout out to @oilburner for letting me use his hoist and doing the welding duties and @DemonSRT for lending a hand and comedy relief.

I have the same issue. The other day I took a drive to data log. On my way back I got gas. Leaving the station LEO gave me a look. Thankfully I think the grey hair saved me. LOL
Nobody around but you can be heard from a long way off. My wife gave me a look when I got back. She heard me.[driving]

I'm considering getting a "drop in piston/rod " package to do over the winter . I know once I start using race gas and cranking up the timing it's only a matter of time before a rod or piston doesn't want to play nice any more .

I'm actually going to putting my own together . This way I can have everything exactly the way I want it . I'm looking at molnar pwr add drop in rods with a custom piston and ring package .

Well folks I have one more month of driving my on the road before I put it away or the winter . I have some interesting plans for over the winter which I will post when I get some free time . I did manage to get a set of 315/50/17 street R's for next season. I'm wondering if I need new rims or will the racestars do? I suspect I will need the additional traction come next season .

I’m going to have some super stuff for sale this winter. Ditch those 17” RaceStars for my “grindless” 15” conversion and Billet Specialties with Radial Pros. Put those sixty fts in the 1.2’s and softer launch to save that tranny and diff. I will enjoy the last month on the road that's for sure . I'm trying to get to the track at least once more. I need that 1/4 time damit lol . I have something for when the snow arrives too

That is an awesome package but waaaay out of my price range and league for that matter . Lol
