Roof rack?

Anyone have a roof rack on their cat? If so, please share your pictures and recommendations! I'm thinking of buying a setup from Yakima to haul my SUP boards in the summer (if possible).

Yikes---- Jeep makes a vehicle better suited for that purpose! My OCD says I need a drink now for even thinking about a roof rack install on a Hellcat.

I used one of these on my prior car for surf boards:

I noticed no paint damage after use (made sure paint was clean before install.) They make similar products for larger boards like SUP's. Negatives are possible paint scratching, door seal damage, wind noise and water ingress into the cabin if used while its raining. Positives are its easy to use, temporary and stores in a nice small package. I would do 80 mph + with two boards attached and had no issues. I have not used this on the Hellcat as yet and probably will not for fear of paint scratching. This tank is so big short boards fit inside it!

'Tis the life for people that live near beaches and coasts. It makes me say yikes too but those that live in those areas don't seem to mind their cars rusting from underneath them.

I was going to say the same, but for once I was not going to be that anti family car guy. What about a Trackhawk? Looks normal with a roof rack, 4 doors, and still Hellcat power

I've seen roof rack set ups on Ferrari's and Lambo's, I'm not sure why this group is so against it being set up for a Dodge? My roof has PPF and is ceramic coated, not worried about scratches. Actually more worried about scratches on my SUP board!

Lol they're all haters But yea, it will be temporary. I plan on removing it when not in use.

Come to think of it ...Hunter did have that surf city look goin on..there's a pic here somewhere with a couple of cheerleaders...I think Gerald Ford was in office...

Yeah, that would be funny no doubt. I don't surf, my 12 year old son does though. I just sit on the beach and read.
