Welp, figured I’d start a build thread so my stuff is all in one place and not scattered in multiple threads.

2015 Challenger Hellcat A8
Cheap diff brace
BMR cradle lockout
3.09
E85, 1300x2 injectors, dual pumps
Shorter rear sway bar end links
Longer rear wheel studs
Custom hub centric spacers
17x10” F14 beadlocks (MT 315/50r17)
18x5” F14 skinnies (MT 28x6 et street)
2.69 upper pulley only
JLT intake
IC Chiller
Kirkey seat
Custom rear seat delete

9.8 @ 142 leaving off idle like clockwork

Goal is 9.3 or better.

Will be focusing on heat removal, supercharger efficiency, and eventually more suspension upgrades.

Today:
Mocking up a 1.25 gallon custom tank for the chiller. Have a lot of work to do, need to fix several leaks. One of which involves having to cut the aluminum fitting from the brick.

Will be using rivnuts in crash beam to mount tank. New insulation for tank on its way

Mounted with rivnuts, test fit bumper half a dozen times and made adjustments. Now onto redoing the valve and cutting the fitting off the brick

How about an introduction of exactly what you are building, things already completed and what your goals are?

Kinda like a blueprint?

Takes a bit longer to chill with the 1.25 gallon tank, but not much longer. Fluid stays chilled and you can turn off drag mode and it will stay chilled

Is this still a daily or track-only car now? If the latter, what about using AAD's lighter bumper supports? Shaves off 24lbs.

Daily. Not worth the 24lbs if I get in an accident, contemplated just using a 2” X 8’ aluminum strip I have when I was doing the tank. I’ll make up for the weight elsewhere

I’m going to make some ducting for where the chiller is to direct air directly to the air box. At idle with no box IATs sitting with no chiller on are ridiculous, radiator fans just flooding it. Having the air box back in should help

I would highly suggest getting the CWA400 upgraded interchiller pump to replace ur stock one that doesnt flow very well. Interchiller sells one they are $600 with upgraded male thread outlets and come directly from Australia.

They sell one specific to the Trackhawk/Durango that costs a little more but I think this is the one that would fit ur Hellcat. https://fiinterchillers.com/product/pierburg-cwa400/

Those flow way too much. It moves the fluid too quickly. Not enough time for chiller to extract heat, same with the bricks. Waste of money

Wrong bro. Thats why u get the additionel cooler with additional fluid. Its when the fluid DOESNT move fast enough that it doesnt cool ur confused.

No, I’m not. I know plenty of people that have that issue. It’s not needed, waste of money when a $150 pump does the same thing.
