Changed the oil and brake discs

took photos with two Challengers equipped with swapped Redeye and Demon engines

and read the diagnostic data. Unexpectedly, the computer showed a top speed of 380 km/h (about 236 mph).

On the way home, I encountered a straight, empty stretch of highway.….

Hey bro, where did your friend get that shrink ray? Can I borrow it? That way, when I get to my destination, I can shrink my car down and pop it in my pocket instead of spending all day looking for a single bay.

Thinking about uncorking it in a couple of weeks.

Best we have to think about with over a foot on the damn ground again. The roads were even nearly clean for a week. Looks like it will melt and then we need some rain again to wash their sprinkled sins down the rivers. Not my fault, I did not vote for any of them. They lay down salt with incredible efficiency and stupidity and big time waste up here. This time of year the sun rules all for free!

Couple years ago, we had a very mild winter. Mostly warm and very little snow. Town had a mountain of salt visible from the main road, it was hardly touched all winter. We had a few inches in March, and suddenly the mountain was gone!!!

The amount of salt they put on the roads has nothing to do with what is needed to melt the snow, it is all about using up the allotment to justify next year's budget.

That just sucks, but you are correct. IDK hoping a rapid melt of this foot of new may wash some of it. The forecast is to begin warming and that all looks cool, but no rain to wash the roads. I am dying. At least I am taking the Durango out tomorrow. It is going to suck with spray, but it will be fun. I never let it stay dirty very long and do not drive it much.

I feel the same as you, but if we were completely sane and rational, we would realize how old we are, consider what residual salt dust may do, and do the math on how it would affect our lives. If my car dissolved in 10y, would I care? Or even know?

As soon as the mud on the driveway dries, I'm goin' for a ride!!!

My M6 was built in Dec 2019, I bought it in Sept 2020. There was surface corroision all over the alum parts under the car, my guess is it saw a lot of salt spray during shipping, and it puddled in the belly pan and sat for months.

Did it affect the performance of the car? I don't think so, it did 189.910 in the 1.5mi.

Did it affect the resale? I don't think so, the buyer didn't have it inspected.

As difficult as it is, we would probably be happier letting go and consuming our cars rather than saving them for the ahole underpaying our widow for it.
