What did you do to your Hellcat today?

You just put that Loctite putty on externally, wiped clean and it held? That's pretty good! BTW that .026 ring gap is pretty generous (got it, high boost and maybe more tricks??? Lol.) so 3% cold seems good/reasonable to me. Glad this thing is moving along for you.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Yea, I got something. One really good smoky burnout practicing with the line lock right after break in.:) These Pirelli all season tires are truly dangerous on these cars. Fronts are ok but the rears at 45F and lower and you've gotta drive like you have an egg under your foot. Even without...

    help with map sensor's

Wow. This is like lather, rinse, repeat. I could've wrote this myself. Same for me doing the physical work and bringing somewhere for a tune. Dead on for pricing too! I thought it would be cheaper for you guys down south and anywhere out of NY state (Cali., I would expect the same $ as NY). And...

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

I have the HR5 (Hellcat five spoke replicas) rims all around with Nitto's all around for summer. But I still have the Mopar H2 five spokes off to the side with the original Pirellis. My plan is to mount the original's with DW06's all around and use them in fall/winter as my all seasons and chuck...

What was your fantasy car when you were growing up?

Whaa...no way...AMC? Not possible. They built the 'fish bowl' on wheels Pacer. That's a Pantera released with AMC propaganda literature. NEVER would've guessed that!

What was your fantasy car when you were growing up?

I like shiny tight spandex. Does that make me a simpleton? I dk. I saw a documentary where they flashed shiny objects in front of monkeys and they got an erection. Guess there's a correlation in there somewhere. LOL.

    I ordered a Rear Seat Delete Kit today...finally, it’s here!!!😁

Actually that one practically fell off. If you hit it with a hair dryer or heat gun (Gently! on low heat) it should come right off. You may not even need it. The other two on the upright back portion were way trickier. I had to heat them them some then pull a little, then play some more then use...

    JULY HFCOTM VOTE / POLL

Truly the dark ages of autos. Can't believe what turds were being produced in the late 70's early eighties. And then they would put tacky rainbow stripes and sell it as performance! Powder puff designs, quality control, performance, gas quality, all in the dumper . Then we work through it...

    Hellraiser pulley install...FAIL?!!!

OK. Looked into this a little further. You can get one of these kits anywhere from basic set to full on total set with a lot of fittings, for anywhere between @$25 to @$50. Now this is the thing. If you can get the fittings you need of the large hex nuts (the 17mm and 24mm) with the holes...

    I ordered a Rear Seat Delete Kit today...finally, it’s here!!!😁

I actually wrote a thread on the install awhile ago. And yes one of the things I mentioned is the contortions laying in the trunk. I actually removed it from my '09 SRT8 to put in my RE. The removal (of the bottom part) was worse than the whole install.

    I ordered a Rear Seat Delete Kit today...finally, it’s here!!!😁

Did mine for the same reason (+ the weight loss). Then took my stickers off so it's even cleaner. :p

    Hellraiser pulley install...FAIL?!!!

Where the hell were you a couple of months ago! My reasons for the quick change shaft are the same as you. I have the 3.17 for 93 tune (being done now) but would like to get a 2.85 for an E85 tune and swap pulleys fairly quickly. The last pulley change from the stock 3.35 to the Hellraiser...

    Uconnect and performance pages gone?

Hell I get pissed simply because the performance pages always say 'waiting to load' after startup and I cant get my virtual gauges immediately. If they stopped working altogether, I'd definitely be an unhappy camper.

    Hellraiser pulley install...FAIL?!!!

Well isn't that special. Thanks for rubbing it in.. I got mine on there too, and also...so far so good. Dropped off for tune yesterday.

    Hellraiser pulley install...FAIL?!!!

Brother, if that kit works for you, you are waaaay ahead of the game! But that said I see a few definite and some probable issues. 1) The original pulley hex size is 24mm so the 22mm in the kit wont work. If they sell more sizes that'd be great and solve that problem. The 17mm is good to go...

    Stinkeye Challenger build....

That's why I got the 'stripper 'RE right off the floor. No sunroof, power adj. column, Harmon kardon, auto dim, lane protection, leather int,..nothin. Nowhere near the intensity of this build, but pretty damn light for a HC right off the floor. My non power column alone is 20lbs lighter than the...
