Nothing more than a disregard for structure...and a total lack of discipline displayed by more than a few on here..I find such abhorrent behavior.. rather disgusting...:(:(:(:(:(;)

My bad. Didn't mean to hijack thread. When Dart is complete, will start a thread if interest is there. Thanks.
I didn’t make a ton of progress on mine, so please feel free to keep us updated with yours.
Mine was project working on the v8 bike. I got my ignition situation straightened out by replacing and relocating the radiator fan… and took it for the first ride since the crash in ‘16. It tried to kill me again when the clutch leaked out and didn’t have enough fluid for me to disengage it… pushed me through some stop signs but made it home. On the next test drive I ran out of gas and had to push the beast 2 blocks home. I found the original manufacturer of the clutch slave, and they were happy to rebuild it for me. He made some improvements after talking to him about it… I was putting too much pressure into the cylinder, and the piston wasn’t designed for that. He redesigned it and sent it back. So far so good.
The manufacturer for the hand controls went out of business, so finding a rebuild kit for it is impossible. I’ll have to replace all of the controls, which means a ton of wiring. All of the wiring on the bike is black, so that’s a lot of tracing to make it work. I also decided to raise the bike up a bit. Had to remove 1 of the 3 Harley softtail shocks to make room for the EFI, and it sits too low now. Next I’ll be raising the front, since it’s sagging, and then I’ll be able to turn much sharper. Lastly, I replaced all of the turn signals…
So it isn’t roadworthy yet, but I got some miles in, found some more stuff to fix, and it’s on the lift for when I’m done with kids sports.

Supposedly. Dyno runs were with 110 race gas.

It would have probably been stronger, with correct octane.

All I know is when the Hollies open you had better have your head in the game or get the prayer beads out...

I hope we run into each other at a race. I think it would be fun.

Finally got my first ride in one, yeah very rowdy and high strung and super fun! Was impressed with the street launches in track mode at 4500 rpms!

Ive been following that, seems the issues arise when folks click the pump on and just let it go without watching it. There's some kinda little plastic part the dealer will add to direct spilled fuel away form a radiator fan if someone over fills it.

I personally never just leave a pump on auto pilot like that on any car. Too much bad juju can happen.

Talking about a Mopar in a chevy thread on a Mopar site isn't hijacking:whistle:

Just picked up the Z06 from the PPF installer. Had the front bumper, around the windshield, mirrors, headlights, and a little just in front of the rear wheels done up. The car was ceramic coated, the PPF installer had to buff it off in the areas he put on the film, surprised previous owner didn't have some PPF put on. Odd.

I have a guy who always came to my house to PPF my cars. I reached out to him for a quote on the Z06 and it was a lot higher than I expected based on what he charged for the 170. So I called his MENTOR who runs a local PPF / Tint shop and was quoted 40% less. I hit up the original guy to confirm his price letting him know and he said "oh, I wouldn't trust anyone charging so much less". I didn't tell him it was his mentor lol. I just said thanks and left it at that.

So I pull up to drop the car off, and out walks my original guy with his mentor. Awwwwkwaaaaaard  He was there picking up some supplies or something.
