Since late 2014 when the news leaked that a new Challenger was coming...and it was bringing Hell with it..the Mopar faithfull..(and alotta other car guys)..could only imagine what FCA had in store for them..amazing doesn't begin to describe it. 16...17...18..19... only got better..HC's ...Demons...Redeyes..more power..more refinement ..FCA spoiled us..the more they gave us...the more we wanted..Cuda's...426's...redeye Chargers...you name it...

So now its 2020...and the silence it seems incomprehensible ...how could this be??...no anniversary Challenger...no 426..no Redeye Charger??? how could they do this to us...now we cant say for sure..but it sure looks like Santa aint commin this year....I for one am surprised..or maybe just spoiled..(really wanted a Redeye Charger)..FCA raised the bar every year...now for 2020.all we get is some flares and a couple of new colors??? not much of a Christmas...SAY IT AINT SO FCA

That's what it looks like is happening....but order banks still are not open yet and FCA is keeping super hush hush still (even though some stuff was released now) so there is still a slight chance that some new trim levels could be late adders maybe even the bigger motor, but I would deff not bet the farm on it that's for sure!

None the less....hard to believe...then again...with fords GT 500..and chevys C8..maybe FCA doesn't wanna share the stage with anyone this year..

I don't get what the problem is. The model year 2020 hasn't even started yet, let alone finish. There's plenty of time for them to announce additional "special" cars to be released. Very commonly, a spring special of some type is announced, or something coming in the latter part of the MY. They almost always hold out on that type of information.

Some people who have industry connections say there is a Demon Killer in the works! If so, I'd have to assume its a DragPak type car, right???

Well, I believe most Drag Pack cars can already kill most Demons. Plus, Drag Pack cars are race only vehicles, with no VIN for street use. For a Demon Killer to make any sense, it would have to be another street / strip car like the Demon. JMO

I agree. The Drag Pak cars haven't been super popular either. What made the Demon so popular is that it's a race car you can drive on the street and that appealed to the masses even if they don't race. They just like saying they have one.

If they do have something planned, I hope it's not some limited production deal again. I hate that stuff, but it probably wouldn't make business sense to produce another higher horse power car in mass numbers considering RE isn't selling as well as they thought it would.
