It's a toy just like any other speciality vehicle. Think about a Demon that will never see track use. Same mentality. It's cool, I want it. Reason enough to sell every one available.

People I know that have Jeep Wranglers.....LOVE Jeep Wranglers. They live near places with big off-road parks and many are in clubs or groups and they use their Jeeps to do what they're designed for. - I think the 392 Rubicon version will sell quickly.....even if they are over priced.

I have no idea. No MSRP as of yet. I suspect with options it will push 80k. Stupid money for sure, but you only go around once!
agreed...and your rides almost over (as is mine)..so go for it...

I agree have not been impressed with the new era of Jeeps...besides the Trackhawk (y)

Leaning towards a Range Rover for the next daily driver currently. Amazing offroad and apparently can tow the cat.

Never understood the whole Jeep thing, especially for ppl who don't really do any off-roading.
While I totally agree, I have a RE that I will never take to the strip. As much as the whole Jeep image thing makes me laugh, I have to look in the mirror too. Ugh.

Ouch - Thought the newer ones were supposed to be much more reliable from the reviews online unlike the older gens. Damn shame because they look very high quality inside/out.

Still a few other trucks/suvs I'm eyeing. Will definitely keep this in mind.. The new Tesla truck looks interesting but not sure I can live with an EV.

I third the bad review on the Range Rover. It is a plastic piece of garbage. 100k for crap. Sorry man. I thought like you until I got to see one at a shop when they were working on it. The mechanics had the worst things to say about it. And all the plastic cheap crap in it. If your gonna drop that kind of coin. Look at other stuff.

I just sold a 2015 Hard Rock Rubicon,2 door, stick. It had 27k trouble free miles. I have a Bronco reserved. Not sure if I will accept the vehicle when it lands. Dealer wants me to keep the order as he wants it for stock if I don't buy the thing.

If the 70k price holds true for the 392 Wrangler, I'd rather have a base TRX for just a little bit more.
I like the idea of the 392, its sounds good, but 70+k to have it is way to expensive for me. I think most Jeep people are more about off road performance than on.
In the past all the Jeeps I have driven are a little unstable at anything more than 60mph. But I think they were all CJ's, which makes quite a difference in wheelbase, which greatly affects stability at speed.
All in all I think the price definitely kills it for me.

I agree the price is not warranted, but it is a business and the demand is there. Guess everyone has to decide if they want to pay to play.

That's why in the video I said a used one will be the ticket if you can find one that hasn't been molested too much.

I've been eyeballing a Durango and a used 2020 is now almost half the price of a 2021 new. Can't find a 392 one though. Good thing for my wallet lol.

Better 4 wheel drives out there for less money. In my opinion Jeep trades too much on a reputation it doesn't really back up as much any more in its day to day products. Too many of the Jeep "cars" driving around.
