No shit @2pac. Let them throw in a lightweight racing frame engineered to turn left and right quickly, has good brakes, and some sort of a proven engine and I’ll give them extra for something that I can not worry about and delivers fun without blowing up. Then, I can sell my $10k trailer and just drive the vehicle to and from the track and not worry about complete failure of systems.

You are correct, a jailbreak has the different engine, trans and some small suspension changes and a bit of improved brakes over a car I can rent at Hertz tomorrow. But other than that a machine costing $50k or less is not much different, AND probably weighs LESS!

cc, lots of us know honest dealers. They have committed to and have confirmed no ADM on the new Z. Compared to what it will keep up with, if not pass on the road course, I’ll take one.

I just saw the pricing release for the Z06. Utterly insane! The price for the base model is @$106,000. Top of the line base price is @$127,000. The list of option prices is priced in the stratosphere. Add taxes and ADM to those and you're approaching $200,000 for the top of the line price. These people are insane!

A base model @ 106...considering it represents world class performance is a bargain...go price a new Mclaren if you want an eye opening experience...just my .02

People are lined up for these things and yes the 200k-300k will be happening. And of course the story is well……this type of car in a Ferrari or Lambo or Mclaren…..etc etc

no one is getting below MSRP so not sure what u mean no discount. i thought your deal had a lower trade in as compensation for dealer? anyhow since u are low number on the list have u ordered yours already? if so how did u configure it, base or all out? coupe, conv, carbon fiber everything or stripped? i have about a year before i can order mine (at MSRP, no trade)...

Yeh way guaranteed 200k and sure 300k maybe a little far fetched. But my understabding from the Corvette guya at car shows is be so lucky to get a reservation. And some are claiming 2024-2025 delivery since most dealers already have a long list of deposit holders.
