Yea, I got nothing like that in my manual. No info, just capacities and change intervals. But they do show pics of the gas cap and what it looks like open so you know where to put gas if you dare to do it yourself. In fact the manual, reference guide and a few skinny supplement guides all came...
Good luck with her! And yes, everyone is waiting for a real person, real world opinion. That would be outstanding. Thanks for sharing.
P.S.....I think BULL has a point. LOL.
I see what your saying. But what I'm really doubting (and just what I think, or how I see it in practical logic) is that if you were going at speed....100...130....150+mph the air pressure and wind speed under the car is so tremendous and powerful anything tapering off the tail end of this...
Thanks for all the input fellas. But unfortunately I'm not a believer. Made the executive decision to leave'm off. Now just that much more weight not added to my stripper model. LOL.
When I bought my RE it came with a small box that had heavy flat plates and small U bolts to fasten them to lower control arm and deflect air toward the brakes. These seem pretty useless to me. The air ducts themselves look a little weak coming off the lower air dam. They are not vey big and are...
Just went through entire manual. No where in the manual (at least on my 2019 3.6,5.7 / 6.2,6.4 SRT version) does it state to drain engine oil cooler or reference. It show's with clear pics how to install child safety seat, and how to change spare tire (safety issues) but shows nothing on where...
Yes owners manual is still 7 quarts. If you drain engine and change filter then add 7 quarts, yes you will read full. But the 9 ounces in the cooler will not be changed. Two things: 1) IMHO the 9 ounces is a pretty good amount of oil, I wouldn't want that much contaminated oil mixed with the...
I don't know, but if you look at the bumpers they're always a different shade. I thought that's because the urethane took the paint differently than the metal. But now I'm thinking maybe they paint urethane parts completely off car in separate area with same paint code but it's never gonna be...
Looks good but wont the paint/graphic eventually wear from use. Isn't there something like a clear film (like ppf for car paint) you could protect it with? Or is that paint like an epoxy itself?
Computer ignorant. Why does this go through the BCM and not the ECM? I thought ECM (aka. PCM/ ECM) was engine, TCM was tranny, and BCM was body( lights, etc.)
Nice clean little sportster and definitely the right color! Lol. Good luck with her. I bought a new Z3 roadster when they came out. And other than handling, I did not have a good experience. I will not buy another BMW. Hope your experience is the best and the car impresses you. Have fun.
