The car had aftermarket wheels, cold air kit, tune and race fuel....
Just sayin.

I think I would question the times for the GT500 until they can be duplicated in a delivered (stock) condition. I can't say the GT500 is cooking the books for selling cars and claiming what is not accurate, but that does make sense. We will find out eventually.
I know every manufacturer has tried to stack the deck in their favor in the past, but how far did they go?

Well back in June with oilburner, Markp, Hpindy and French cat.
My car ran mid 10.5's now put stock front wheels on and it slows to mid 10.6. If that much even.
Oh DA was about 2000.
So I was on a drag radial, I also give up weight and power.

But Jim your runs don't count due to the runs were made on a Canadian track and the metric system and stuff to the affect .

This car is going to be faster than many thought. Best pass so far is 10.6@133 with a 1.75 60’. But I think 10.8@132 in Las Vegas with a 1.8 60’ and 2800 DA shows more potential.

At 2:20 on the second video, that moron bouncing off the rev limiter for like 4 or 5 seconds doing the static burnout. WTF? Jesus. I mean I know they're all invited journalists and "influencers" and other freaks, but come on. How can you even drive back into the lot after that?

Far and few between based on what I've seen. Most Redeye's are trapping high 120's to 130mph.

Why do people give you a hard time? Mine ran 10.51 bone stock with tires and backed up with a 10.53 hotlap. It was my first time to the track with the thing and I didn't even know how to get the most out of it yet. With your seat time I'd say you're getting the most out of the car running excellent (but reasonable) times. 99% of folk just show up to the track, smash the throttle and think they're gonna run well.

I have been told to try to run in the US at a NHRA track. LOL
I have also been told it's impossible because they have never seen a stock cat leave so hard. Again LOL.
I told one guy I would gladly go to the dealer of his choice to scan the car. If it has any hint of a p1400 code I will pay for it. If it doesn't he pays for it plus my gas and time. He didn't take me up on it. They were questioning likely because I beat their Blown magnum to the 1/8 heads up. He ran me down and I was at his door in the 1/4. He ran a 10.0 that day. LOL
We are 1 win each against each other in a heads up pro tree race.

I’m tracking 1,170 GT500’s have been ordered so far. If the car can 60’ like a RE on DRs, they are in trouble.

How many are they making?

Is this like the Demon, 3,000 and done or like the GT350 where they keep adding years to fill demand?
