I used to use spacers (that were aluminum) that had there own studs.
IMO: Way to weak.
It's aluminum with a steel stud, what do you think will happen?
They (the studs) start moving.
Pretty soon, your wheels are wobbling.
I ended up getting pass thru spacers (still for sale, by the way), had longer studs installed, and no more issues.
Had them on my 16 hellcat.
My 19, I dealt with the issue by ordering 11.5 triumphs for the rear, and 10s for the front.
No more need of the spacers.
